Force reindex of a source #13

Looking for a way to force a source to be reindex to clear any earlier errors and reindex updated image links.

Djoerd suggested a URL parameter to force a reindex but was worried that that could be a DDOS vector

Perhaps searsia could have a shared secret (specified as parameter or in a disk file) that you would also need to provide to trigger such potentially-dangerous actions ? eg

https://searchsearver.nl/searsia/alsosearched?q=diensten&forcerrefresh=1&auth=<an authorization token> ?

Good addition (we also hate waiting for an update to be picked up, after some time) We plan to include this in the next release.
