Torrent Search #2929

I came across https://github.com/sergiotapia/torrentinim and this would be a good idea to support for the file tab. A self-hosted API-only, low memory footprint, torrent search engine and crawler.

xbit.pw is behind Cloudflare so it would get rate limited quite a lot.

The idea would be to leave up for the users to enable the self-hosted torrent crawler and add it to their searx instance, like the proxy for example
