We can reopen if teclis is available one day.

2 months ago it uses a unique crawler and has interesting results. the free version is protected by cloudflare turnstile captcha and would be very difficult to implement in searxng. there is a paid api to access the teclis index which would be extremely easy to implement, unfortunately, it's a paid api:
