ETL Script: Migrate sameAs text to relations #586

Previously, the sameAs field was just plain text, but -- pending #388 -- this will be a database relation. The ETL script will need to parse through all of the courses and change those to relations.

per Sarah and Patrick, the "parent" course should be the undergraduate, SEAS-owned version of the course, when applicable.
