Academic Year Dropdown Consistency #597

Rolling up a few related problems:

  1. Faculty Page: The academic year dropdown on the left-hand side, where all other pages list it on the right. We should make the alignment match the Courses page, with the "Show No Longer Active" on the far right, and the Academic Year in the middle-right-ish, over the semester headings (this will likely require tweaking the Vertical Space).
  2. Faculty Page: The label should read "Select Academic Year", and should be left-aligned to the input.
  3. Courses Page: The label should read "Select Academic Year", and should be left-aligned to the input. 4.Room Schedule: The Semester selector should swap places with the Room Combobox.
