Updates the Dropdown component so that the Label and ValidationErrorMessage properties are integrated within the component itself.
Replaces the required property with an isRequired property, the value of which is used to dynamically display an asterisk (*) next to the label when isRequired is true
Revises the min and max width of the Modal and adds a max-height per Vittorio's suggestions outlined here.
Adds a NoteText component that will be used as a legend in our modals
