This will merge our new GitHub Actions workflows into main, which is required for the two publication steps (documentation and npm) to run.
Note: After merging this, the new version of mark-one will publish to npm, which includes a slight change in the version naming for other packages that use mark-one, i.e. the Course Planner. In those projects, we'll need to run npm install mark-one@next to get the latest development version pulled in.
