View all shapes for all sectors #307

User would like to view all shapes drawn for all sectors. Facilitators like this in the Azores. Currently, we can only view all the shapes drawn for one sector at a time.

Can you describe a bit more how this would be used? I'm worried this could add a significant detour in the linear flow of the survey when un-facilitated.

Particularly in group settings, at the end of a session, facilitators often like to zoom out to show the full extent of where people have drawn shapes, turn on all of the shapes to simply review them. It's a way of saying, "See, we captured all of these areas that are important to all of the sectors represented here today." In Legacy SeaSketch, this is something that one can do with administrative privileges. However, facilitators want to be able to do the same thing.
