Update Create Your Own Project Page

It would be good to update this page before my presentation at IMPAC5 on February 6, 20203, so that it doesn't say things like "Built-in reports include data from GFW." Might want to change the logos too. There will be a room full of MPA practitioners looking at SSN for the first time. To the extent possible, it would be nice to have good information on the About and new-project pages, even if the Developer API and Team pages are blank.

@wmcclin would you be able to draft some copy for this page, as well as a list of "trusted by" links? I can worry about getting high resolution logos for them.
