After changing permissions on the Working Group forum in the FSM project, I am now unable to attach a collection. I changed the permissions to allow posting only by the Working Group group, then changed it back. I've done a hard refresh but I get the following error message: Error: tuple to be updated was already modified by an operation triggered by the current command.
In fact, this appears to a problem posting to any forum or new forum topic.
