Untranslated default dropdown value in attribute form #595

When editing sketch class attribute forms, switching language doesn't translate the auto-selected first value in dropdown boxes.

This seems to only be a problem if the form is open with a selected value, and then the language is changed. If the alternate language is already set it should use the appropriate label.

So this is really just an issue that impacts admins.
