Name field does not include subtitle #598

In Legacy, the name field could include a subtitle for, say, instructions. In the Bakul project (https://bakul.seasketch.org), the name field for one sketch class (8.1 Future seascape) had a subtitle with "Specify the type of development (e.g. beach, type of mining)".

Next (https://seasketch.org/bakul) currently doesn't allow you to create a subtitle for the name field. Possible?

Not currently possible. Name fields are handled as a special form element that doesn't have the features of the others.
