Admin access not available when first logging in #635

I have admin rights on https://seasketch.org/brasil. If I am logged out and then I sign in, I do not see the "Project Admin Dashboard" button. I have to refresh the page before I see the button to access the dashboard. This is repeatable on Chrome and Safari.
