The attached shapefile has 19 features (MPAs in the Hauraki Gulf). However, 10 features are excluded when uploaded as a Overlay Layer. Specifically, these features are dropped: ID #3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 18. Only the other features are uploaded.
