The feature service I've got loaded into seasketch.org/bermuda (https://services1.arcgis.com/4TXrdeWh0RyCqPgB/arcgis/rest/services/Bermuda_MSP/FeatureServer/44) shows the correct symbology on the map but not on the legend.
