It would be nice if the default opacity for uploaded layers was 0.6 or higher particularly now that we've got opacity controls for end users. I often find that I've uploaded a layer and then go to change the opacity in the project view and I can't make the layer opaque enough (without changing opacity in the admin dashboard).
