Adjusting the starting bounds of a Spatial Access Priority question requires being able to view the map. When viewing the SAP question for the AMPIC-CMS Ocean Use Survey (https://www.seasketch.org/ampiccms/surveys/382/0) in the admin dashboard, I can only see an image (photo) defined by the previous question. I cannot see the map. So, I can't set the starting bounds.
