408 error when loading multiple layers from a slow server #751

Three layers (Eelgrass, Kelp Canopy, and Predicted Substrate) load correctly when individually selected. However, if you toggle on all layers in the parent folder, they get a 408 error. This may just be a case of pulling these layers to be hosted in SeaSketch, but wanted to flag it for you in case it's unexpected behavior.
