Change to Combo Box does not reflect change until after refresh #752

If I change a Multiple Choice attribute for a sketch class (e.g., the Change Category attribute in the MPA sketch class in https://seasketch.org/california) to a Combo Box, the changes aren't reflected until I refresh.
