Make project invites customizable and provide better templates #86

They are incredibly bland right now and display a huge url in plain text.

An ideal end-state for this might be to allow admins to customize a limited amount of text in the invitation. I've considered customizable html templates but that is probably too much for admins to manage. Yet, we do need good html templates for two reasons. 1) The invite links are huge, so we need an obvious call-to-action button. 2) It's just an expectation that a reputable site in 2021 have nice looking emails. Text-only isn't going to do it.
