First draft of BranchReturn type. Still some basic cases failing.
Cover cases where there might be a null or composable in resolver

TODO

[x] Ensure all current cases are green in tests and work as expected.
[x] Prettify result for union of composables?
[x] Allow resolver and composable to have zero parameters.
[x] Ensure that after the first argument resolver and composable can take undefined.
[x] Convert X types into type tests for BranchReturn.
[x] Investigate additional cases.
[x] Implement BranchReturnWithEnvironment.

@gustavoguichard I just pushed forced the rebased branch with deno fmt
