Enhancement: Save response body as file available for CLI #163

Exactly the same feature as implemented here:
http://code.google.com/p/rest-client/issues/detail?id=14

I'd just like it to be available for the CLI tool, maybe via a parameter to 
indicate it's desired like -outputResponseBody

-b parameter to save response body only. Response body is saved with extension 
".body".
