Undocumented properties in Events endpoint JSON

I'm seeing a few fields which aren't documented at http://platform.seatgeek.com/

I can guess at what they mean, but can anyone spell out the meaning of these?

1. is_open
2. general_admission
3. created_at
4. popularity (how is this different from 'score' ?)
