Initial sphinx documentation #258

I copied everything from the README.rst and splitted it in installation and usage.

How should the license be in the docs? in a separate page? as a note in the front page?

After integration with ReadTheDocs, it would be nice to add a badge/link to the docs and maybe remove the usage from there.
