Booking title/label #239

An optional label field would be useful when booking a space. It could be displayed on the map hover tooltip under the username so other people can see what a certain space was booked for not just the person who initiated it.

It would be beneficial for the My Bookings and Bookings admin pages as well in differentiating between the items at a glance.
