adding ZIP codes as geojson #11

Initial attempt at #2 - used US census shapefiles to reduce to ZIP codes of interest and then made that into a geojson file. Ideally we could pull this from data.seattle.gov but currently gives HTTP 500 for json of interest http://data.seattle.gov/resource/5iir-m2en.json

That's weird about the 500 error from Socrata.

@chrismetcalf any ideas on why that's happening with that dataset?
