Clear Backup from deleted/old Feeds #640

Hi I've had a look at the Backup file and found settings from feeds i deleted long time ago. For example:

On one hand it's pretty handy when the deletion is only temporarily, because all setting are restored too. On the other hand, the backup file is getting bigger and bigger.

It would be nice, if there is some kind of option/setting that asks the user if he wants to keep the old settings.
