Describe the bug The synchronization icon disappears when the "Side Nav" option is enabled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable option "Side Nav" Settings - Interface
  2. Close App and start Again
  3. Sync icon is present Screenshot_20240224-100312
  4. Disable option "Side Nav" Settings - Interface
  5. Close App and start Again
  6. Sync icon isn't present Screenshot_20240224-100332

Expected behavior The synchronization icon should always be present, regardless of whether the sidebar appears when the application starts or not

Actually, it is not a bug. This is the original design. However, in order to reduce confusion, I will modify it so that the nav synchronization button is always displayed. Will update it in next version.
