Add optional onscreen page turn button for e-ink devices #725

There's this nice RSS reader called Reabble, which has been developed specifically for use with e-ink devices.

The app features dedicated page turn buttons on the bottom of the screen that can be used to flip through longer articles and lists. This would be a nice addition to FeedMe for e-ink devices without physical buttons like the new Boox Go 10.3.
