2 months ago actually feedme won't redownload downloaded images and web page, but the logic will go through each article to check again. need to improve.

2 months ago actually feedme won't redownload downloaded images and web page, but the logic will go through each article to check again. need to improve.
FeedMe downloads websites and images every few syncs even when turned off.
I would like to turn ot on if FeedMe would download only new articles but even when it is turned off it downloads the data every now and then.
