Article titles showing entity / hex character values instead of symbols #759

Describe the bug I'm using Inoreader feeds. It seems that some article titles are parsing entity and hex character values instead of their character symbols.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Add feed to Inoreader: https://www.wired.com/feed/rss
  2. Add feed to Inoreader: https://feeds.skynews.com/feeds/rss/world.xml
  3. View the articles in Feedme, via Inoreader.
  4. You will see the issue as highlighted in screenshots attached.

Expected behavior Display character symbols, instead of entity and hex character values

Screenshots Attached are screens of the feeds in Inoreader and their equivalents in Feedme.

Example 1:

Inoreader: 001-inoreader-ok

Feedme: 001-feedme

Example 2:

Inoreader: 002-inoreader-ok

Feedme: 002-feedme
