I'm looking for an alternative to the 18th-21st June. 25th-27/28th might work but depends if I get a poster abstract accepted for the 26th June. Otherwise, what's your availability in the first two weeks of July?

seb-mueller commented 6 years ago

June 25-28th works just fine, also first two weeks of July would work too.

Ok great will confirm when I know whether the abstract has been accepted or not, it was fairly speculative!

Hi Seb, unfortunately, I did get that poster, so 25-28th no longer works. Looking for a four day period, I could do 3rd-6th July, or 5th,6th,9th,10th July either side of the weekend giving some thinking time/time to run scripts. 9th-13th July also works but less convenient. Any preference?

3-10th July (or any subset) would work for me. I'd leave it for you to decide and could ask around for accommodation or so if required.

I think I'll probably come down 3-6th July if that's ok? Will I be able to get guest access to the lab? I can work on my laptop so just need somewhere to sit.

Accommodation wise I should be fine as can hopefully stay with friends in Cambridge, but I'll let you know if I need help.

Sounds good, 3-6 works for me! I'll ask to arrange guest access and get back to you, but shouldn't be a problem (same for desk space). Most difficult bit usually is accommodation, so good thing you got it (probably) sorted!

Just an update on this one: arranging guest account/access is easily done and quick (according to Pawel)
