Fixes to v-angular components #1708

Character countdown did not work for Input or Textarea components. Adding NggCharacterCountdownDirectiveModule to Input and Textarea modules respectively fixes this issue.

Various fixes to the styling of dropdowns, including:

Setting width, max-height and z-index
Fixed styling of groups within dropdown-list
