If you have no days that you can select in a month, it can be hard to know for the screen reader user that they are all disabled.
Have current day dec 23, and use choose next bank day. On some years all days in dec are disabled.
First day is selected but you can't select anything else.
Be able to select disabled days but get a text saying it is not selectable.
