Add microformats to the template

This PR adds microformats2 to the template.

microformats2 are the foundation of the modern web, allowing interactions between websites. See indieweb.org for more information about the Indieweb.

I have to admit I'm not familiar with this concept... But all your changes do is adding some classes, I don't see the harm in accepting your PR. I understand the basics of your changes, I'll check what Indieweb is in detail soon. Thanks !

The idea is the websites ping then parse each other when they want to interact. The h-card (and its p-name, u-photo and u-url classes) are used to provide identity context.

Say you want to like or reshare someone's page from your website. You craft a webmention with as source your like, and as target the page you liked. The website you liked, when receiving the webmention, will parse the source page you provided for microformats2:

• your h-card to display your name and picture
• your h-entry > u-like-of the target And then it will save your h-entry > u-like-of as a h-cite > p-like of its own page with your h-card as authorship info.
