Added compatibility with Domoticz 2022.1 RFLink MQTT hardware:

raw packet received from RFLink are transferred to rflink/in topic
command from rflink/out (and rflink/cmd) topic are transferred to RFLink

Added compatibility with Domoticz 2022.1 RFLink MQTT and TCP hardware:

raw packet received from RFLink are transferred to rflink/in topic
command from rflink/out (and rflink/cmd) topic are transferred to RFLink
raw packet received from RFLink are transferred to TCP socket
command from TCP socket are transferred to RFLink
concurrent multiple TCP socket available (number of active session limited in code)

Would be nice if it was compatible with the MQTT Auto Discovery protocol so it can be used by multiple home automation systems Could be a matter of providing the config objects maybe
