Update linux-surface kernel #1273

According to the announcement thread (https://github.com/linux-surface/linux-surface/issues/96#issuecomment-952870591), the latest release of the linux-surface kernel patches adds support for both Surface Go / Go 2 cameras. It would be great if this can be included in the next release.

I could add the surface camera kernel patch but I am afraid it could break camera for other devices and in any case chromeos does not use libcamera which is needed for surface cameras to work.

If someone gets the surface cameras to work in chromeos, I will look into it but in the current surface camera support state I doubt it would work.
