ThinkPad T440p always in discharging state #1792

Same as issue #1770 but with a different device. The laptop charges just fine as the percentage is increasing but never "shows up" as charging. This bug didn't occur on ChromeOS Flex.

I have a similar problem on my Lenovo Thinkpad L490 on kernel 6.1.21-brunch-sebanc so you are not alone.
