no hardware decoding on chromeos #2008

I have a n3050 laptop tried brunch 120 with reef 119 (15633.69.0) and coral 120 (15662.76.0), no hardware decoding on either. Rammus does not boot on 116+ so cant test (also it uses arcvm so its super slow). Does anyone knows a fix? Thanks in advice

hardware decoding works fine in chromeos flex and linux

closed as went back to flex due to cryptohome issues (every 1/2 of the times could not login) so cant provide logs.
