Tablet mode is forced on when psmouse.synaptics_intertouch=1 is used #757

As the title says, when using the kernel parameter psmouse.synaptics_intertouch=1 to get those sweet sweet gestures, tablet mode is force on and can only be turned off with an external mouse being plugged in. This is obviously... problematic.

Not sure what a good solution to this could be but would love to get this fixed!

In my environment, it was resolved in Brunch r89 unstable 20210325,20210327 android vpn app can no longer be used
