Look into existing SO packages #7

So far there have been at least 2 StackOverflow packages:

overflowr - A package by Shane Conway which collects data from the StackOverflow API 1.0 (now considered deprecated).
RStackExchange - Seems to be trying more or less the same thing. Was available on CRAN, then removed.

From these, we could perhaps get:

rep from R question
rep from R subtag questions (e.g. data.frame)
rank in rep from R tag

The packages above seem to have partially tackled this issue, but in any case, would need to be adapted to the new API.

Package focus is being geared to being practical. I don't intend to work on these in the near future.
