Process data #2

The data needs to be processed into a csv. The format will be:

time YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss 1 column for each pollutant, all in micrograms per cubic metre

File metadata.txt

All in the folder raw_data filename annecy_airquality.csv comma separated
