Add spellchecking for both the Edge platform projects and application using the boilerplate

There is a nice tool for spell-checking called YaSpeller of markdown and HTML documents. We should use it for all our documents like readme.md and also try to offer the logic behind it to users of the boilerplate to use in their applications.
