This pull request completes the basic setup for the Raspberry Pi node "monitoring.fritz.box". The setup includes the installation and configuration of the operating system plus, basic packages and configurations (both done by Ansible).
Starting the prometheus and grafana services was not part of the PR. This is (for now) a manual step on the RasPi node.
