There are 99 municipalities in the test.data data frame (98 municipalities + Christiansø). Not sure this is an error, but I think the most convenient default for the 'kommune' id would be 98 data points.

Good point. Christiansø isn't formally a municipality and doesn't belong to one, so I guess I should remove it from the data set.
