XML Include #163

I use a DBunit that you make. very thank you.

While I use the DBunit, I felt uncomfortable because of xml include

so, these days, I read DBunit code a little.

After I read the code,

I knew that the code use simplexml_load_file function in PHPUnit_Extensions_Database_DataSet_AbstractXmlDataSet construct.

the simplexml_load_file function's LIBXML_XINCLUE parameter is not working.

How can I include another xml file in original xml file?
