Support PHP 8.1, update depencies. #117

Upgrade test against XDEBUG v2
Update dependencies
Remove tools from source - add them latest with phive install
Update build.xml against new version of phing
Tempiorary workaround with version fetch from phpcov itself

WARNING It has 1 test who isn't pass. i can leave without it and doesn't yet have good understand about e2e PHP test and this package source.

Thank you for your contribution. I appreciate the time you invested in preparing this pull request. However, I have decided not to merge it.

I doubt this'll get merged, it has many changed files and does multiple things.

@sebastianbergmann i understand that. I am done it in 30 minutes then it's has issue #113 witch created 3 months ago? If it's incorrect "way", then go ahead and take from this PR what needs to fix PHP 8.2 issue with this package. Because i don't like then i must stop way work to by pass with workarounds. Of course i like to have this tool to improve mine coding. So thank you for that, but please make it working and keep it.

@SamMousa I don't have same environment as @sebastianbergmann so i use my own and improve it to be more simplify.
