Initial setup for target #1

Added the ability to create a storage file of the appropriate size on the target system. Added setup instructions for MS 7 & MS Server 2008.

  • xs:double instead xs:string in xsd Good idea -- I don't normally do xsl, so missed that.
  • Math.round instead cast I wasn't going for high precision, but have no objection.
  • Advise to create file beforehand if possible Agreed, I was concentrating on MS platforms, but should probably add instructions for other platforms as well.
