What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download the 3.4 win installer
2. install
3. run 'ffmpeg'. Libavfilter is not there, as you can see in the output text
file you'll find attached.
What operating system and JVM version are you using.
Java 1.6, Win7 32bit
Attach relevant log/output files.
