Missing Downloads #297

I apologize if this is stupid and I am missing something obvious. 

The download page does not match the video tutorial for installation and there 
is no link on the download page for the referenced Windows install.
Since this is so basic, what am I missing?

One of the heading is in the table says "no install version" what does that 
mean?
